Location: Eton, SL4
Salary: £40,000-£45,000 (depending on experience)
Bonus: Sales Commission

About Us:
MTS Recruitment is a leading recruitment agency specialising in the Construction sector. With a strong presence in the market and a reputation for excellence, we are expanding our team and looking for an ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Construction Division in Eton, SL4.

The Role:
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will oversee the full recruitment process, from business development through to candidate placement. You’ll work closely with both - clients and candidates - to ensure the best fit for each role within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Build and nurture strong relationships with construction companies, identify new business opportunities, and grow existing accounts.
• Candidate Sourcing: Attract and engage top candidates using job boards & social media.
• Consultancy: Act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates, offering expert advice on the recruitment market within construction and ensuring client satisfaction. 
• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage all stages of the recruitment process, from writing job descriptions to conducting interviews and negotiating offers whilst delivering against set KPI targets. 
• Market Knowledge: Stay informed on trends and developments in the construction sector, including market conditions and upcoming projects.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years' proven experience maintaining a successful 360 recruitment desk within the construction industry.
• Strong business development skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and people skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Solid understanding of the construction industry and its recruitment needs.
• Strong professional credibility and industry knowledge. 
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
