We are looking for an experienced CNC Milling Programmer / Operator / Setter to join a highly respected engineering company in Abingdon. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled CNC Milling Programmer / Operator / Setter to work with modern CNC machinery in a stable, supportive, and forward-thinking environment.

As a CNC Milling Programmer / Operator / Setter, you’ll be producing high-precision components using advanced 3, 4 & 5 Axis CNC machines, working to tight tolerances and delivering right-first-time quality.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience with Heidenhain controls
• Experience with Doosan, Matsuura or Mazak machines
• Ability to read engineering drawings and self-inspect work
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Fanuc knowledge advantageous
