A well-established aerospace manufacturing company in Chelmsford is seeking an experienced Aerospace Masking Supervisor to lead its growing Masking Department.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on supervisor with aerospace or engineering experience who enjoys leading teams, improving processes, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day running of the Masking Department
• Lead, support, and develop the masking team
• Allocate workloads and manage production priorities
• Monitor quality, productivity, and performance
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure health, safety, and quality standards are maintained

Experience Required

• Previous masking experience within manufacturing or engineering
• Aerospace experience preferred
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong organisational and communication skills
